Mentha sells paraDIGMA group to Castik Capital
Transaction summary
AMSTERDAM, 28 March 2024 – Mentha has signed an agreement to sell its majority stake in paraDIGMA group (“paraDIGMA”), one of the Netherlands’ leading occupational health providers in the field of sustainable employability, to Castik Capital (“Castik”), a European private equity firm. In 2020, Mentha acquired a majority stake to further professionalize and grow the company. Under Mentha’s ownership, the number of employees has quadrupled, and national coverage has been achieved through an office network with nine locations across the Netherlands. In addition to strong growth through expansion of the organization and attracting new customers, various acquisitions have further expanded the service offering of the paraDIGMA group. Now paraDIGMA plans to continue its organic and inorganic growth, further strengthen its service portfolio and expand its digital offering under Castik’s ownership.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) and Authority for Consumers & Market (ACM). Financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.
