Joulz acquires Greenflux’s electric vehicle charging station business

 

Transaction summary

AMSTERDAM, April 1, 2020 – Joulz today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to buy the Dutch Charge Point Operator (“CPO”) and E-Mobility Service Provider (“eMSP”) business of Greenflux. This acquisition is the first since Joulz has been acquired by 3i Infrastructure in May 2019, and is part of Joulz’ strategy to expand into other energy transition related products and services for the B2B market.
