ZOETERMEER, June 2, 2020 – IK Investment Partners (“IK”) has signed a definitive agreement to sell Doedijns Group International B.V. (“DGI”), operating under the Doedijns, Koppen & Lethem and Sypack brands, to the Vydraulics Group. DGI operates two business units focused on hydraulic components, systems and services. Complementing the strengths of the combined group increases scale and capabilities and offers a wide range of new opportunities. DGI’s strong focus on reliability, transparency, client satisfaction and aim to provide high quality technical solutions fit perfectly with the long-term vision of the Vydraulics Group.
